At Lone Peak Primary Care, we have embraced the philosophy of patient-centered care. We are staffed with an Internal Medicine physician and a Family Practice physician. We would like to provide you and your family with the same concerned, respectful and high quality health care we would want for ourselves and our own families. We want to make you feel that you are one of our family. Urgent Care and Walk-in appointments are available.

We will strive to provide care the day you need it in a collaborative manner recognizing that each patient is unique and treatment decisions are best made with your input. You, the patient, are the most important person in our office.

Dr. Nichole DeLaPlante named Medical Director for the 2012 Ragnar Relay- Wasatch Back

We are excited to announce that our Dr. DeLaPlante was asked to be the medical directors for Ragnar, a 183-mile race from Logan to Park City.  You can find her along the course treating injuries during this this two-day race.  An avid runner herself, Dr. DeLaPlante was the perfect fit for this event!
